Position Description

The Microsoft SharePoint Developer is responsible for the development and administration of Microsoft SharePoint enterprise Edition in various environment. Responsibilities require extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience in developing complex enterprise software solutions (commercial off the shelf packages or purchased components), which are integrated with other systems and in-house developed code.

Duties:
1. Plan, design, configure, test, and implement MS Office SharePoint Server SE+EE 2010/2013 solutions.
2. Design custom solutions using Visual Studio, SharePoint Web Interface, SharePoint Designer.
3. Design custom solutions using Visual Studio, SharePoint Web Interface, SharePoint Designer.
4. Maintain sound change and release management practices.
5. Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to perform technical analysis based on business requirements.
6. Approve technical analysis to insure it meets specifications and company standards.
7. Prepare or maintain documentation including release notes, detailed design specifications, system, and user documentation.
8. Provide input into software estimates that accurately reflect the level of effort required for development.
9. Support SharePoint upgrade and migration efforts.
10. Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, and coding issues.

Required tools and technologies:

CSOM, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, Bootstrap framework, Angular JS, SharePoint 2013 Client-Side Object Model, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Designer Workflows, InfoPath forms, REST APIs, oData, ASP.NET, C-sharp & Agile.

Other:Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent + 1 year work experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
