    Duties:
  1. Manage vendor relationships for IT services, including invoice management. Oversee the full recruitment process, including interview scheduling and new hire training. Develop resource allocation strategies and annual recruitment plans based on client needs. Review team performance and provide feedback based on client input. Handle grievances, absence management, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures. Work with clients, vendors, and customers on ongoing projects. Ensure HIPAA compliance and manage related internal policies. Analyze recruiting trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Oversee payroll processing, benefits, appraisals, and audits. Prepare hiring plans, job descriptions, advertisements, and employee contracts. Monitor job market trends and prepare analysis reports.

Other:Full Time. Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements:Master's Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
